The Challenge
Product knowledge at CData was fragmented across 100+ slide decks, internal documents, and SharePoint folders. Sales, marketing, and support teams spent excessive time searching for accurate, up-to-date information—often relying on outdated materials or interrupting SMEs for answers. This slowed response times and created inconsistencies in how products were positioned across teams.
The Solution
I designed and deployed a custom AI knowledge assistant using Claude AI, integrated directly with SharePoint. The system transformed static product content into a conversational interface, allowing teams to ask natural-language questions and receive accurate, contextual answers instantly.
To support this, I:
Consolidated and structured over 100 product presentations and documents
Designed prompt frameworks to guide consistent, reliable responses
Organized content for semantic retrieval rather than traditional file navigation
Aligned outputs with sales enablement and product messaging strategies

Why It Matters
This project reflects a shift from traditional training delivery to AI-enabled performance support. Instead of building more courses, I created a system where learning happens in the flow of work—faster, more relevant, and immediately actionable.
